At Alligator Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you via email as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
